- Login in Azure portal and search disks.
2. Open the Disks service, it will show you all available disk list present in your account.
3. Open Disk2 by click on Disk2. It will show DELETE is disable for DISK2 because it is attached with VM2. First we need to detach it.
4. De-attached disk from VM. Go to VM Disk section –> Press X for detach and SAVE.
5. Check Disk properties again. Delete disk is enabled. Azure ask for conform and press YES then deletion of Disk process is started.
