Error: configuring the file share witness

During the configuration of the Cluster Quorum disk. I am getting the error. I mapped the drive to my domain server using a VM.

An error was encountered while modifying the quorum settings. Your cluster quorum settings have not been changed. There was an error configuring the file shares witness ‘\\WIN-C3U^FGSTL9E\VMBox’. Unable to save property changes for ‘File Share Witness’. The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution: We must give the SQLCLUSTER$ type user full permission to control the location. So I log in and assign the permission SQLCLUSTER$.

After giving permission to that folder on the machine. I am able to configure my Cluster quorum wizard disk.
