Right click delete or insert is disable in excel

While working on Excel, I am facing issue when tried to insert a row or Delete a row with Right click, i found that button on right click in disable state.

Following are the steps to enable the Right click for Delete or insert operation in Excel:

1. Close the Excel file which is already open.

2. Go to the location: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel
Note: Username from which you are login

3. You will find a file named: Excel15.xlb

4. Rename this file to this: Excel15.old

5. Open the Excel and test the functionality of Insert or Delete is working.
