PRKN-1014 : Failed to execute remote command

Cause: Major reason is you don’t have full permission on your system.

Solution:

1. Run with the administrator priviliges and you also need to have permission on Temp space.
2. Run Setup.exe with Administrator rights and user from which you are executing has administrator rights.
3. If you already has Oracle client or Oracle Software then first stopped the OracleRemExecServiceV2 service. Then try again to install. It may conflict with the old oracle installed service.
